Looks like Thenkuzhal, tastes like Pakkoda, but is basically a crisly light Murukku! This is a unique item created by Girija Paati, for her always hungry family.

The creation of Sev Murukku was truly a case of 'Necessity is the mother of invention'. Girija Paati was spending a day at home with all her grandchildren, when during evening coffee, she realised there were absolutely no snacks on hand. So she put together whatever ingredients were available lo and behold! We now have the delicious and unique Spicy Murukku. The sev (stick) version of this Murukku is separately available as Sev Murukku.
