A simple, satisfying salty snack, Omapodi, also called Sev in North India, is a popular street snack. This golden, crunchy-munchy is a hot favourite among children and adults and is often consumed as a school snack, with a hot cup of tea as an evening snack, and even as a topping, to add an extra bit of crunch to other snacks such as chaat and sandwiches.
