Aptly named ‘mixture’, this irresistible classic salty snack is a flavour overload for your taste buds. Combining golden drops of boondhi, crisp omapodi (sev), roasted spicy peanuts, deep fried curry leaves and a whole host of other crunchy delicacies this savoury snack can be devoured by itself by the handful or strewn on top of your curd rice with a side of lime pickle on a no-cook day.
