Hi Paati, ribbon pakkoda as you have mentioned is very spicy and tasty.. the Hing taste just feels so good in every bite...
One suggestion in this is , can the pakoda and pepper murukku be little more soft... Coz the elderly people won't be able to bite it..
But apart from it , the products are just awesome... N not the last , am in love with the packing ... Thank you very much...

Pakodams were too hard.

The pakodams were too hard and sometimes it scrapes the inner cheeks.

We're sorry to hear that you were not happy with our Ribbon Pakoda.
We'd like to clarify that we don't use any butter in our ribbon pakoda, as can been seen in the ingredient list on the website. This is a very old style of ribbon pakoda making that we are famous for.
We understand that for some people this harder type of ribbon pakoda may not be ideal & we plan to bring out a butter ribbon pakoda in the future. Additionally, our ribbon pakodas are know for their high level of spice and asafoetida.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the level of hardness and thank you for your honest feedback.

I LOVE TRHE CLEAN PACKING WITH A PACKET THAT CAN BE USED FURTHER.UNFORTUNATELY, I GOT A BATCH OF RIBBON PAKODA THAT WAS V SPICEY AND NOT ENOUGH SALT.I AM SURE THAT IS NOT THE CASE USUSALLY.(;
