Badusha

Badusha was very fresh ,soft and delicious. The packaging is great 👍

I have been experimenting with badusha from different stores and caterers, and have never been completely satisfied. The badusha from Girija Paati, hit the sweet spot bang on! Beautifully moist, perfectly textured and with just the right tinge of rose essence. Delishious! Absolutely loved it!

One of my personal favourites. Badusha is delicate and simple sweet but not everyone makes it really well. This one was the best I have had so far. The taste is so authentic. Fried in pure ghee and dipped in the syrup with the perfect sweetness and consistency. The badusha had the right bite, softness and texture with the perfect sweetness. The ghee could be tasted from the first to the last bite.

It was awesome. Could've avoided the rose essence though. Would've preferred it plain... the taste was yum.
