Arachuvitta Sambar Podi (Special Masala)

There are many variations of Sambar, and Arachuvitta Sambar is one that is made on special days or with tiffin. "Arachuvitta" in Tamil means freshly ground, and the combination of coconut & coarsely ground spices makes this a thicker and more satisfying Sambar, that you will want to literally drink by the bowl.
