I’ve now repeatedly purchased pickles from Girija Paati — including the Garlic Avakai, Nellikai (gooseberry), and Lime varieties — and they’ve been consistently exceptional. The flavors are bold, traditional, and absolutely authentic, just like the ones our grandmothers used to make. You can taste the love and care in every spoonful.

They use all-natural ingredients and a generous amount of oil, which not only enhances the taste but also helps preserve the pickles without spoilage or fungus. The aroma is so nostalgic — rich, spicy, and drool-worthy — and the taste? Totally finger-lickin’ good!That said, I do feel the product is slightly expensive for the quantity provided. The current premium-style packaging, while aesthetic, might be adding to the overall cost. A more practical and eco-friendly packaging option could help reduce the price and simplify logistics too.

Still, I hope they never change their traditional recipe or preparation style — it’s what makes Girija Paati’s pickles stand out. A must-try for all pickle lovers!
