Just 4 Steps to Prepare Your Semiya Payasam (1 pack - 1kg Payasam - Serves 4-6 people)
- Boil 1 litre water in a vessel
- Empty dry semiya payasam mix into the boiling water and sim. Set aside the ghee-roasted cashew raisin pack for later.
- Stir for 15 mins in sim, till the semiya (vermicelli) is well cooked.
- Take the vessel of the heat / flame. Add the of ghee-roasted cashew & raisin. Mix everything together. Add ghee if required and serve hot.
