Just 4 Steps to Prepare Your Ven Pongal (1 pack - Serves 4)
- Soak the dry mix in 405 ml of water (little more than 1.5 cups) for about 30 mins. Soak the jaggery in 205 ml of water (3/4 cup) of water for 30 mins.
- Combine the soaked mix & jaggery (with the water). Add 30 ml of water (2 tbsp) & pressure cook for about 10 whistles.
- Heat 50 gms of ghee, add to the cooked pongal.
- Top with the cashew, raisins & cardamom. Mix well.
