Just 4 Steps to Prepare Your Ven Pongal (1 pack - Serves 4)
- Soak the dry pongal mix in 1.095 litres of water (4.5 cups) for 30 mins. Set aside the packs of pepper, zeera, cashew & ginger.
- Pressure cook the soaked mix with the water for about 6 whistles.
- To the cooked pongal add the pepper, zeera, cashew & ginger.
- Heat 50 gms of ghee & pour on top. Mix well.
