Just 3 Steps to Prepare Your Paruppu Vadai (1 pack - Serves 4)
- Soak the dry mix in 340 ml water (1 & 3/4 cups), stir & allow to soak for 30 mins.
- Add hand-torn curry leaves (optional).
- To make the Vadais, heat oil in a kadai, wet your palms, shape the batter into 1/3 inch thick discs, deep fry till golden brown.
