Only for people with cooking experience

This is not a simple dish if you don’t know south indian cooking. If you have some experince then you can easily follow the recipe on the website and use this podi. The quality is very good and a little bit gives lot of flavour.

I have been wanting to try making Bisibela baath for a long time. I came across the recipe on the Girijapaati blog and then found out that they have a ready masala too. That's it, I had to try it. Was so happy with the final dish.

Makes the process easier

The trick to bisibeli bath in my opnion is getting the spices right and I always struggle with it, especially the maratta mongu. This podi from Girijapaatu has made my life so much easier and I can now make the dish as often as I want!
