Just 3 Steps to Prepare Your Paruppu Vadai (1 pack - Serves 4 - approx 15-20 vadais)
- Soak the dry mix in 300-350 ml water, stir & allow to soak for 60 mins.
- Add hand-torn curry leaves (optional).
- To make the Vadais, heat oil in a kadai, wet your palms, shape the batter into 1/3 inch thick discs, deep fry till golden brown.
