Just 4 Steps to Prepare Your Paal Chakkarai Pongal (1 pack - 1kg Pongal - Serves 4)
- Empty dry milk pongal mix in 800ml of water in a pressure cooker. Set aside the Ghee and Pongal Seasoning Pack for later.
- Pressure cook the soaked mix with the water for about 6 whistles. Keep in high flame for 1st whistle and medium to low flame for next 5 whistles.
- Remove cooker from stove. Wait for 5 mins till the pressure settles and remove lid.
- Add the packet of ghee and the pongal seasoning provided. Mix everything together and serve hot.
