Just 4 Steps to Prepare Your Millet Ven Pongal (1 pack - 1kg Pongal - Serves 4)
- Empty dry pongal mix in 800ml of water in a pressure cooker. Set aside the Ghee and Pongal Seasoning Pack for later.
- Pressure cook the soaked mix with the water for about 7 whistles. Keep in high flame for 1st whistle and medium to low flame for next 6 whistles.
- Remove cooker from stove. Wait for 5 mins till the pressure settles and remove lid.
- Add the packet of ghee and the pongal seasoning provided. Mix everything together and serve hot.
