Nei Appam (Ready-To-Cook Mix)

This Krishna Jayanthi (Gokulashtami), Girija Paati brings you easy-to-cook Nei Appam mix, so you can have fresh, hot sweet Appams at home. All home kitchen ingredients, zero preservatives.

RECIPE:

• Serves 4-6
• Mix 250 gms of the Nei Appam  mix with 1 medium ripe banana (mashed) & 120-150 ml of water.
• Cover the batter and set aside for 2 hours.
• To make the Appam: Heat oil in an appam pan, add a scoop of batter in each section, cook well, then flip over & cook well on the other side.
  Alternatively, use the batter to make mini dosais.
  
• Serve hot, serve with ❤️
