Aptly named ‘mixture’, this irresistible classic salty snack is a flavour overload for your taste buds. Combining golden drops of boondhi, crisp omapodi (sev), roasted peanuts, deep fried curry leaves and a whole host of other crunchy delicacies this savoury snack can be devoured by itself by the handful or strewn on top of your curd rice with a side of lime pickle on a no-cook day. This is a not-so-spicy version of Girija Paati's Classic Mixture.

Thattai is a uniquely south Indian snack that few people north of the Vindyas are even aware of. Using a base of traditional rice flour, Girija Paati’s thattai is a complete meal on its own, with proteins from bengal gram, protective vitamins from the curry leaves and a taste punch from the red chillies, all of which are balanced out by the digestive powers of asafoetida.

Sev Murukku looks like Oma Podi (sev), tastes a bit like Pakkoda, but is basically a crunchy Murukku! This is a unique item created by Girija Paati, for her always hungry family.
